Step 1: Get your Access code

To take up the MEx assessment, you need a unique access code, issued by us. You can ask your organization or manager to get it for you and your colleagues.

Step 2: Access your Assessment

To take up the MEx assessment, you need a unique access code, issued by us. Go to homepage and enter your unique access code in the space given at the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Undertake your Assessment

After entering the access code, you will be directed to a confirmation page and then to an instruction page. Now you are ready to take up the assessment. Respond to the statements that appear on the screen as per given instructions.

Step 4: Submit your Responses

After responding to all the statements and filling in your details, press ‘Submit’ to ensure that your responses are recorded in the system.

Step 5: Get your MEx Report

Now you can relax. You will receive your MEx Report in your registered email ID. You are now ready to take charge of your Mindfulness, your leadership and your life!
