Over the last five decades, Mindfulness has emerged as a subject of high research interest. Besides, it has been adopted in various domains of practice, including at workplaces, education, health and governance. MEx is grounded in the insights and outcomes of this scientific investigation in the field of Mindfulness.

Psychometrics or the science of measuring mental and psychological capabilities is over a hundred year old field of study and is one of the most prominent tools for assessing a wide range of skills and competencies. Decades of intense application and research have established robust principles for practitioners and assessors. MEx has been created following these defined guidelines and parameters for creating an authentic psychometric assessment.
